As an early-stage life sciences organization, they needed a flexible, compliant, and secure infrastructure to support lead discovery workflows and clinical data processing. This provided centralized management of multiple AWS accounts with consistent security policies and audit trails. For biotech startups using <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <a href=\"https:\/\/ptp.cloud\/services\/\" title=\"IT services for CROs\">IT services for CROs<\/a>, this approach delivers both flexibility and control across global projects.<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    By implementing AWS Control Tower, PTP created a well-architected foundation tailored for <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <a href=\"https:\/\/ptp.cloud\/services\/\" title=\"managed IT services for life sciences\">managed IT services for life sciences<\/a>. This ensured the infrastructure was compliant, secure, and built for scale.<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <\/p>\n<h2>Handling Imaging Data from Asia-Pacific<\/h2>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    A key challenge was the volume and sensitivity of imaging data generated by CRO partners in Asia-Pacific. PTP implemented a dedicated fiber backbone to the US East AWS region for secure transfer. Once received, the data was analyzed using EC2 instances configured with <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <a href=\"https:\/\/posit.co\/products\/open-source\/rstudio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RStudio<\/a> and other scientific tools.<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <\/p>\n<h2>Delivering Scientific Computing Support<\/h2>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->  <pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    PTP deployed <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tibco.com\/products\/tibco-spotfire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spotfire Server<\/a> and <!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotfire.com\/products\/lead-discovery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lead Discovery<\/a> Studio to support visualization, modeling, and internal collaboration.
